Professionals
Our workshops for organizations are 2 and a half days of intense learning and growth. Although they are open to the general public, these are generally attended by professionals, executives, managers, and entrepreneurs who want to take their business/practice to the next level and make a positive difference. They include the following elements:
- Guided, Interactive Lectures
- Readings
- Group Discussion
- Dialogue Between Team Members of Your Organization
- Simulations (extreme exercises where participants develop leadership skills in a controlled setting)
- Keynote Addresses
These are generally attended by 30-50 people. Participants given reading assignments prior to the event to help them prepare and to create common ground for powerful dialogue. The cost for these events is generally between $800 and $1,500 per participant.
