Organizations
Our workshops for organizations are 2 and a half days of intense learning and growth. Although they are open to the general public, these are generally attended by entrepreneurs, executives, managers, and professionals who want to make a positive difference. They are especially effective when attended by multiple team members within your organization. They include the following elements:
- Guided, Interactive Lectures
- Readings
- Group Discussion
- Dialogue Between Team Members of Your Organization
- Simulations (extreme exercises where participants develop leadership skills in a controlled setting)
- Keynote Addresses
These are generally attended by 30-50 people. Participants given reading assignments prior to the event to help them prepare and to create common ground for powerful dialogue. The cost for these events is generally between $800 and $1,500 per participant.
