Burst Through Obstacles By Feeding Your Thoughts

Thoughts are a remarkable source of power and energy when you harness them.

As we become aware of what we are thinking and begin to recognize that our attitudes and actions follow thought, we can begin to make better choices about what we “feed” our thoughts.

“You are today where your thoughts have brought you; you will be tomorrow where your thoughts take you.” -James Allen

Once our thoughts and actions become more harnessed, our direction becomes one of strategy instead of randomness.

The direction that we start to move becomes one that bears fruit — although not always immediately, depending on the size of the objective and what we are working toward.

“The great thing in the world is not so much where we stand, as in what direction we are moving.” -Oliver Wendell Holmes

Inevitably we will hit walls as we work in this strategic direction. These walls often seem impenetrable, but only because we haven’t found the door in the wall.

A door always exists! Sometimes, when we think that we have found an open door it closes, but another will always open.

Unfortunately, this where many people fail. They know what they want, they work toward it, and then when it seems impossible, they quit.

“I have failed many times, and that’s why I am a success.” -Michael Jordan

It took Thomas Edison more than 2,000 experiments to produce a light bulb that would work. When asked by a reporter how it felt to fail so many times, Edison responded,

“I never failed once. I invented the light bulb. It just happened to be a 2,000-step process.”

The most successful people make it through, over, or under barriers to success by feeding their thoughts positive, uplifting, empowering, and intelligent material.

What are you feeding your thoughts?
